Kids play fun fitness games to keep them active and entertained.

Preteen Fitness
For ages 8-12, this class is a combination of aerobics and strength training. Preteens will learn many of the fundamentals needed to get into shape, along with ways to keep fitness up at home. Will be done in a fun way to keep kids interested and excited about fitness

Strength Training for Teens
For ages 12-15, with or without parent. Class is designed for young teens who would like to get started in a strength training program. Focus will be on building a knowledge base to put into practice, with emphasis on form and safety.
